About The Spoiled Heiress Rewrites Her Fate

Jiang Siheng is the heiress of the Jiang Group and the predestined vicious supporting female character in a novel. According to the original plot, she is head over heels infatuated with her fiancé Duan Yichen, constantly schemes against the novel’s female lead Lin Shuxue, and ultimately ends up driving her grandfather to his death, having her family fortune seized, and dying a miserable death on the street. After an accident, Jiang Siheng fully regains memories of the novel’s plot. Having a sudden awakening, she resolves to stop being a mere tool to fuel the romance between the male and female leads, vowing to rewrite her tragic ending. Once she regains the knowledge of the storyline, Jiang Siheng immediately stands up to fight back against Duan Yichen and Lin Shuxue, who humiliate her. She is determined to break off the engagement, yet faces fierce opposition from her grandfather, uncle and aunt. Left with no other choice, Jiang Siheng plans to stage a fake romance with her personal bodyguard Xie Yanxing to force Duan Yichen to call off the engagement of his own accord. As they spend time together, she gradually realizes Xie Yanxing is unfailingly loyal, gentle and considerate, always putting her safety above everything else. Before long, she develops genuine feelings for him amid their act. What she does not know is that Xie Yanxing is actually the young heir of the powerful Xie clan in the capital. Eight years ago, he was homeless on the streets and saved by Jiang Siheng. Five years ago, he was brought back to his family, yet he chose to conceal his identity and work as her bodyguard, quietly guarding her for five whole years.
