Decide what the wealth changes
A fortune can create a power imbalance, a family obligation, a concealed identity, or a setting for romance. Read for how the money affects the protagonist's choices. If the story would be much the same without the wealthy character's status, another relationship trope may be a more useful guide to your preferences.
Is every billionaire story a CEO romance?
No. Wealth and an executive role are separate traits, and neither guarantees that romance drives the plot. Billionaire premises can overlap with divorce, revenge, hidden-heiress stories, or family disputes. Use the related collections to narrow the conflict rather than treating wealth as a complete genre.
