About Seeing Blind: The Village Deception
Needing tuition, A-Rou tends to ""Aunt Ying"" in a remote village. The woman's youthful hands clash with decaying skin, milky eyes obsessed with a forbidden box. A-Rou finds bloodied IDs, mistakes red robes for shrouds, witnesses midnight grave rituals. Her friend Xiaohei uncovers the truth: real Aunt Ying was murdered; the impostor is fugitive Liu Tu craving the box's ""diamonds"". With disfigured survivor Li Yun, they lure Liu to a grave with lies of blood-activated treasure. Li haunts as Ying's ghost while A-Rou triggers the box's spine-shattering mechanism. The box holds no jewels—only a diamond forged from a husband's ashes. Li Yun gives A-Rou golden nanmu splinters for tuition. At dawn, A-Rou leaves carrying a lesson: the deepest sight needs no eyes.
