About Peace of Mind Is Home

Yue Su is the long-lost biological daughter of the Yuan family, who went missing twenty years ago. She was raised with great care by her adoptive parents. At the age of twenty, she saved Fu Xijin, who had lost his memory after a car accident. The two fell in love while living together and enjoyed two peaceful years as a couple. Their happy days did not last. Fu Xijin regained his memories and returned to the Fu family. Turning into a cold and reticent corporate president, he completely forgot his past with Yue Su and broke up with her without hesitation. Around this time, Yue Su found out she was pregnant. She also learned that Fu Xijin was already engaged to Jiang Wanti, the adopted daughter of the Yuan family. Heartbroken, she chose to leave quietly and gave birth to their daughter Yue Yao alone. She spent the next four years raising the child on her own. Four years later, hoping to give her daughter a better life, Yue Su signed up for a hit parent-child reality show with Yue Yao. By coincidence, she crossed paths with Fu Xijin on the program. As another guest on the show, Jiang Wanti feared their old romance would rekindle and ruin her plan to secure the marriage by posing as the Yuan family’s true daughter. She teamed up with Shen Junzai, who had once tried to harass Yue Su, to bully and sabotage her on set and stir up public opinion against her. The program crew repeatedly paired Yue Su and Fu Xijin together. During their unavoidable interactions, Fu Xijin grew drawn to Yue Su’s fortitude and forbearance. He also felt a strange affection for little Yue Yao, who bore a striking resemblance to him and kept calling him ""Daddy"". When Yue Yao suffered a severe allergic shock after eating blueberries by accident, Fu Xijin was stunned to find the girl shared the same allergy as him, filling his heart with doubts. As the live show aired, Jiang Wanti’s schemes were exposed one after another. Old intimate photos of Fu Xijin and Yue Su surfaced unexpectedly. Fu Xijin was seriously injured while protecting Yue Su. When he woke up from coma, all his lost memories came flooding back. Tormented by regret for hurting the woman he loved, he spared no effort to win her back and make amends. Refusing to give up, Jiang Wanti allied with the elderly patriarch of the Fu family to fight for custody of Yue Yao. Their struggle accidentally uncovered a huge secret: Yue Su was the Yuan family’s long-lost biological daughter, while Jiang Wanti was nothing but an interloper. In the end, Jiang Wanti and Shen Junzai were disgraced after their misdeeds were fully revealed. Yue Su’s adoptive mother, who had abandoned an infant in the past, also received due punishment. Yue Su was reunited with her birth parents. With sincere devotion and constant companionship, Fu Xijin made up for his mistakes. Helped by their lovely daughter, the three of them cleared up all misunderstandings and embraced a happy life together.
