About Comments Spoiled the Plot—So I Spoiled Their Lives
At the school sports meet, Lin Anran eagerly awaits Han Zichen's victory, only to see strange floating text revealing her tragic fate. According to the text, Han Zichen had long been secretly involved with Lin Qingqing, and Lin Anran—a wealthy heiress—would end up losing her mother's inheritance and dying from a shameful disease because of them. When the events unfold exactly as predicted, Lin Anran realizes she is the tragic second female lead in a novel. To change her fate, Lin Anran begins her revenge. First, she fires the chauffeur Wu Baoguo, who is Lin Qingqing's uncle and had disregarded her orders. Returning home, she finds the housekeeper preparing Lin Qingqing's favorite dishes. After ordering the food discarded, she is scolded by her father Lin Zhiyuan. Through the floating text, she learns Lin Qingqing is actually Lin Zhiyuan's illegitimate daughter. Heartbroken, her childhood friend Qin Haoyu returns from abroad to support her.
