About Cannon Fodder Friends: All Demon Lords Fall for Us Season1
Jiang Li, a modern‑day corporate worker and chemistry PhD, dies from overwork. When she wakes up, she has transmigrated into a melodramatic xianxia novel as the senior sister of Qingyun Sect, a cannon‑fodder female character fated for a brutal death. Even more absurdly, her best friend Lin Man, a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine, has also crossed into this world. She becomes the saintess of Tianyuan Sect, another character doomed to perish. Before they can process what has happened, they are bound to the *World‑Destroying Villainess System*. The system forces them to stir up conflict between Demon Lord Cangxu and Ghost King Ye Wushang and trigger an apocalyptic catastrophe. They will be erased if they fail the mission. Meanwhile, Immortal Lingxiao, the righteous sect leader, pretends to take them in, yet he actually plans to sacrifice them for the Demon‑Slaughtering Formation. Faced with mortal danger, Jiang Li and Lin Man set their survival rule: no villain transformation, only lay low to stay alive. On the Demon‑Slaughtering Platform, Jiang Li publicly clings to Demon Lord Cangxu and openly defects to the Demon Realm. Lin Man follows closely, taking Ghost King Ye Wushang as her hostage to enter the demon territory. They only intend to go through the motions of their assigned tasks to survive, but they soon learn the truth of the Demon Realm is nothing like what the righteous sects claim. The so‑called demon lords each bear bitter grievances, while the so‑called righteous forces are hypocritical to the core.
