Only his adopted younger brother Noah remains to take care of him. Hidden behind gentle, obedient appearances, Noah harbors years‑long secret romantic love for Adrian. He is both tormented by Adrian’s misfortune and quietly relieved that Adrian now relies solely on him. As Adrian gradually recovers, he uncovers Noah’s twisted affection.
