森田幸雄は新年の日に妻の雨宮麗佳に付き添って母さんの家で一緒に年越しをしようとしてたが、雨宮に反対されて、縛りつけられて息苦しいと怒鳴られた。森田は仕方なく院長に言われて産婦人科専門病院で残業することになった。しかし、その間に雨宮は四ヶ月の妊娠にも関わらず、愛人の佐々木裕太とホテルに行った。佐々木のせいで雨宮は子宮内出血を起こし、緊急手術をすることになった。 雨宮は手術室で大暴れした。森田は引かずに正面衝突で、彼らに代償を払わせた。そこで彼らは夢から覚め、森田に謝ったが、すでに遅い、森田は彼らを許さない。
