About The Janitor Who Ran the Company
At the company’s year-end gala, elite executive assistant Allie Clarkson is publicly humiliated by the CEO’s spoiled daughter Viola and demoted from a million-dollar position to a $2,500-a-month janitor. Instead of fighting back, Allie signs the transfer and stops handling the risks she has quietly managed for five years. Within days, the company spirals into disaster: a major acquisition collapses, bank accounts are frozen, a factory is shut down, and its biggest contract disappears. Only then does management realize Allie was never “just a secretary”—she was the one holding the entire business together. But this time, Allie refuses to clean up anyone else’s mess.
