About The Cosmic Blue King is Level Zero
On Planet Y, spacers are ranked from Class S to F. The Blue-Skins, born without powers, are the lowest of them all. Eric, abandoned by his father for his blue skin, is branded U-10000 and cast into the Wasteland. He has no power, no rank. But when he returns, he'll tear down the hierarchy that made him nothing. When he walks, even S-class kneels.
