About The Coffee War
THE COFFEE WAR The Coffee War is a story of rivalry and romance set in Melbourne’s Hosier Lane, where two coffee shops stand directly across from each other, separated by a mere four meters of cobblestone. On one side is Ethan Cole’s Black Label—cold, precise, disciplined, and controlled. On the other is Harper Brown’s Sunnyside Sip—warm, artisanal, and steeped in memory and emotion. Six years ago, Ethan and Harper were in love, but a stolen letter and a web of orchestrated lies turned them into strangers. When a local coffee war forces them to compete—and eventually collaborate—on a signature blend, old feelings resurface with every cup brewed, every rainfall, and every lingering glance through the windowpanes. Yet, to find their way back to each other, they must confront Sophie, the woman who manipulated their past and stole six years of their lives. Caught between pride, memories, and buried truths, Ethan and Harper face a choice: remain on opposite sides of the street, or cross the four meters that represent the shortest—yet most painful—journey of their lives.
