About That Year Love Letter
Due to a significant family crisis, the man transferred to a local high school in a small town, where he met the woman. Their friendship gradually blossomed into a hidden affection. After the college entrance exams, the man suffered memory loss in a car accident and went abroad, while the woman stayed in their hometown to deal with her family issues. Years later, the man returned to help his old friend, only to find himself entangled with the woman through a marriage arranged by family ties or obligations, neither realizing the other’s true identity. While receiving treatment at a local herbal medicine clinic, the man unexpectedly reunited with the woman. Feelings began to rekindle, but he restrained himself because of his marital status. Upon discovering the Huo family’s conspiracy, the woman resolved to protect the man’s pharmaceutical group. Together, they investigated the situation and overcame various challenges. The man was injured while saving the woman, which restored his memory. He realized that his wife was the woman he had always loved and decided to divorce her to give her freedom. With the truth unveiled, they finally recognized each other and embraced deeply.
