林家の捨て子・林風は九師傅の弟子として、毎日師傅と一緒に遊んでばかりいました。九師傅は彼の向上心のなさに怒り、林風に三つの婚書を持って下山するよう命じ、三年以内に七人の子供を連れて帰らなければ絶縁すると言いました。仕方なく、林風は師の命令に従い、下山することにしました。 下山後、林風が最初に行ったのは江城、つまり同門の大弟子・宰輔のいる場所に向かうことでした。龍国第一の女戦神・葉傾城は武芸に秀でていましたが、暗い病を抱えており、林風しか治せませんでした。叶傾城は男性を必要としないものの、林風を留めて彼を守ることにしました。同時に、叶傾城の友人・萧潇も林風の婚約者の一人でした。 叶傾城を治療した後、林風は酔って路上で流氓に襲われそうになっていた玉琉璃を救いました。幼少期に玉琉璃も林風に救われたことがあり、彼に対して密かに心を寄せるようになりました。婚約を果たすことに加え、林風には無情な林家の人々を裁くという重要な任務もありました。
