About Mommy, please love me just once
Claire swears by a "scientific truth collar" to discipline her children. But it only detects fear, not lies. When her daughter Leah begs for help with a ruptured appendix, Claire sees only deception—electrocuting her repeatedly, then forcing a fatal brain surgery to "cure her lying." The devastating truth shatters her world, condemning her to a lifetime of unending penance.
