About I Was His for Five Years, but She Got the Ring
At 2 AM, he called me to deliver condoms. Then he gave the promotion to his first love who just flew back. Five years of secret nights, and all he said was "you don't deserve fairness." I resigned and vanished, opened my own boutique in Austin. When we met again, I was under the spotlight at a pitch meeting. He sat in the corner, clapping, looking up. I finally learned: once you love yourself, he's no longer out of your league.
